Introducing..

Hey everyone, 
My name is Karvya (I'm Sri-lankan), most people call me Karvz (coz its easier to pronounce five letters rather than six...ha-ha.) 
Aside from the dilemma of figuring out how to pronounce my name, I'm a first year student, I'm studying a BA in Media, Culture and Communication. First semester was a complete blur..but I'm hoping that by semester 2 I won't end up in the wrong lectures or tutes. ever. again. 


So at this stage, I'm meant to talk about my interests, likes and dislikes, sorta likes etc..being the procrastinator that I am....I might decide to do it later? 

Just kidding!

Ha-ha. (Its hard to trick you through this blog..but the more I babble on, I probably won't talk about my interests etc)

Fineeeeeee, I give up. I should probably tell you more about myself. 

I mostly enjoy listening to music, hanging out with friends and watching movies ( I recently saw The Dark Knight Rises...to those who have seen it, HOW EPIC IS IT?!!!!...to those who haven't seen it yet...go watch it. it'll best three hours of your life! and ladies, Christian. Bale. need I say more?
I'm a master at being a couch potato..aka I watch way too much tv..sometimes. Surprisingly, I've been getting into the 2012 Olympics a lot. (Sally Pearson, you legend! breaking the gold rush drought!)


Anyways back to reality, in the space of just two hours, I'm really beginning to enjoy MAS110. I'm keen to figure out how to use a mac, I'm a pc junkie. 

I think thats enough of an introduction for now, i'll leave you with a song i've listening to alot lately - "Read my Lips by Mikill Pane". For any 'Anti- Hip Hop heads', I hope you at least like this song!..coz I'll be cut if you don't. :'(
